Dad's lifeline was Subco; an Asian Elders Day centre in Upton Park. He went there for four days a week for the last twenty years. It became his second home and they looked after him fantastically. However, since the pandemic, he has been unable to attend. This significantly impacted his mental health and was probably a huge factor in his demise. Subco are a charity and rely on funding to keep going. This is such an important service for the elder generation so please given generously if you can.
