I have SO many happy memories of being part of Anita and Avani's teenage years. We really were like sisters and that was made possible largely through the progressive, generous, thoughtful attitude and mindset of dad, Keshavji. Amongst other skills, a fantastic tailor and conversationalist. The whole family gave me so much happiness - thank you.

It’s not easy to impress a young teenager, but Mr M you certainly did that with your thirst for knowledge and stimulating discussions on life, politics and the universe. When you became a lone parent to two young teenage girls, you were selfless, creating a loving, supportive and progressive environment. You were truly way ahead of your time. You taught two young daughters to believe in themselves, be independent and give life their best shot, but of course they had a great role model. You were so proud of what they achieved, but they know they owe much of it to you. They love you so much and will miss you terribly, but they will find a way to get through this raw grief thanks to your enduring love. What a legacy. It has been a privilege to know you. Shine bright Mr Mandalia.
